San Gabriel - a new launch west of Tapalpa.
After a long bumpy ride we were at the trail-head (yes, this is a hike-up site!) and we were hiking for 35 minutes to arrive at the top to perfect cycles.
Nasty rock outcroppings on launch and in front make a good launch mandatory!
Most pilots took 3-4 tries to get off.
Good soaring conditions until dark about 500 metres over launch. Small no wind football field made for some interesting approaches.
